  • Processing time typically ranges from 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and fulfillment partner

During peak seasons or high‑volume periods, processing times may extend.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Express: 1–2 business days

Carriers may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the fulfillment location.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International customers are responsible for:

7. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • Our team will review and issue a replacement or store credit if approved

We do not offer refunds for lost packages once marked as delivered.
